documents can be issued all fees must be received.
If Warranty documents
are required at closing - allow 3 to 4 clear weeks
for processing and mailing.
Select "EXPEDITED"
priority. Documents can be sent directly to a third
party (ie. Lawyer).
Coverage begins on
closing/ inception date but documents may take 2 to
4 weeks to receive.
STANDARD Activation is $345
for a 1 year GOLD plan to $1245 for a 3 year PREMIUM
plan.
