Self Payment

If facilitated payments are required go back one screen & make the appropriate selection.

 
     
 
  • Payment can be made by credit card (secure Paypal payment) or by mailing a Cheque.

  • Activate the Warranty only when your sale is nearing closing or is "unconditional".  

  • Begin this STANDARD Activation process only when you are ready to submit the Warranty fees.

  • Before Warranty documents can be issued all fees must be received.

  • If Warranty documents are required at closing - allow 3 to 4 clear weeks for processing and mailing. Select "EXPEDITED" priority. Documents can be sent directly to a third party (ie. Lawyer).

  • Coverage begins on closing/ inception date but documents may take 2 to 4 weeks to receive.

  • STANDARD Activation is $345 for a 1 year GOLD plan to $1245 for a 3 year PREMIUM plan.
    Other plans & terms can be selected.

  1) After you have completed the form, click the "SUBMIT" button above

2) A Shopping Cart screen will be displayed - IGNORE IT.
That screen is for credit card payments only.

3) Instead  click the "CHEQUE PAYMENT" button to the left.
You will be taken to a screen to complete & mail a cheque.
