ACTIVATE (purchase) a Home Systems Warranty for the home you are buying. Activation fees can be paid by most major Credit Cards through Paypal. You'll be asked to: Provide some details about yourself & the house you're buying (subject property). Select your coverage & term (click here to review & print coverage & fees)

Facilitated Payments

Assistance with "Facilitated Payments" is available for Home Buyers
($25 refundable deposit until activated)
Select one of the two options below and we will contact the parties involved
and facilitate their paying your Warranty fees (prior arrangement with the parties is recommended).

- Alternate Payer - select this option if you are "rolling" the cost of a HS Warranty into your mortgage
or are paying the HS Warranty fees from closing proceeds.

- Third Party Payer - select this option if another person (party) has agreed to pay for your HS Warranty.
Such as having negotiated a HS Warranty into your home purchase agreement (Seller paying).

Select this option if you are "rolling" the cost of a HS Warranty into your mortgage financing or are paying the HS Warranty fees from closing proceeds. You will be asked to: Provide some details about yourself & the house you're buying (subject property). Provide details about Mortgagee and / or your Lawyer. WARRANTY ACTIVATION - Third Party Payer - i.e. Seller

Select this option if another person (party) has agreed to pay for your HS Warranty. Such as having negotiated a HS Warranty into your home purchase agreement (Seller paying) etc.
You will be asked to:
Provide some details about yourself & the house you're buying (subject property).
Provide details about the Third Party Payer (i.e. Seller).
